I lead on the service design, rebrand and improvement of the Grant Management System which pays over £600 million yearly, for the world's largest funder of communities.
Revised Grant Processes for the Awards for All Programme
Improved grant processes for the most popular grant programme at the Fund which pays over £100 million annually to over 11,000 groups.
ITERATIVE APPROACH
Approach & Methodology
As a service designer, I take a highly collaborative and iterative approach to my work. I start by immersing myself in the problem space, using a mix of research methods like interviews, observations, and co-design workshops to understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of all stakeholders.
Based on these insights, I work with cross-functional teams to rapidly ideate, prototype, and test potential service solutions. My designs are always grounded in user needs and rigorously validated through continuous feedback and iteration.
