Responsibility
Successfully leading the digital creation, development and launch of funding programmes across the UK for the National Lottery Community Fund.

Skills:

  • Project management of programme teams using both waterfall and agile methodology

  • Cross disciplinary working with Salesforce Developers, System Testers, Content Designers, User Researchers and Funding teams.

  • Creating process flows using Visio, Figma and Miro.

  • Co-ordinating user research

  • Creating and delivering presentations using Powerpoint and Canva.

  • Collaboration with external partners such as Cabinet Office, DCMS and ITV.

Revised Grant Processes for Awards for All Team

Responsibility
Improved grant processes for the most popular grant programme at the Fund which pays over £100 million annually to over 11,000 groups.

Skills:

  • Cross disciplinary working with the Continuous Improvement team, Legal team, User Researchers and Content Designers to ensure efficient new processes were implemented.

  • Customer journey mapping using Miro.

  • Prototyping and ideating using workshops, listening exercises, shadowing and data analysis.

  • Facilitating user feedback sessions with customers.

Project Management: the continuous improvement of the Grant Management System (GMS)

Responsibility:
I lead the service design, rebrand and continuous improvement of the National Lottery Community Fund’s Grant Management System which pays over £600 million yearly.

Skills:

  • Creating blueprints, service maps and customer journeys to identify areas for improvement

  • Communicating complex information to different audiences, enabling them to understand the Grant Management System and its impact and what changes should be actioned.

  • Using agile methodology to iterate improvements

  • Writing the playbook and runbooks detailing Grant Management System processes using Jira, Miro and Figma.
